Maintenance Manager
Summary:
DSJ Global has partnered with an industry-leading automotive manufacturing company, and they are seeking to add a Maintenance Manager to their team near Jackson, Mississippi! As the Maintenance Manager, you will set metrics and goals for your team to ensure process efficiency, coordinate predictive and preventative maintenance activities and projects, and be able to build and manage vendor and contractor relationships.
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance change requests
- Use Root Cause Analysis to continue promoting a strong safety culture
- Promote maintenance and reliability initiatives for both Predictive and Preventative maintenance
- Provide mentorship and strong leadership to ensure safety and environmental regulations are thoroughly followed
Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related study
- Certifications are a PLUS
- 7+ years of maintenance management experience
- Implementation knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and or Six Sigma methodologies
