Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead a mid-sized team to manufacture products up to company standards
- Manage daily production & schedule requirements
- Work cross functionally with maintenance, materials, scheduling logistics, etc. to maximize operational efficiency
- Ensure safe working conditions for all team members
Your Background:
- 3+ years experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
- Ensure all production is completed safely and up to quality standards
- Ability to recommend and lead continuous improvement initiatives
